30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with your Selina Care product, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return window from the date of purchase for a full refund.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Products must be new and unused with all tags and packaging intact to ensure product integrity and sanitary compliance. For the health and safety of all our customers, we uphold strict sanitary standards. Returns that do not meet these conditions may result in a partial refund.
  2. Proof of purchase is required.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
  4. Items must arrive at our warehouse in the United States within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date provided by the shipping carrier.

Non-Refundable Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses that cannot be delivered are not eligible for a refund.
  • We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transit once handed over to the carrier.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a certain number of days, minus any non-refundable fees.
  • Expedited processing fees, shipping, and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Customer Remorse

If you wish to return an item due to purchasing the wrong product, changing your mind, or requesting an exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.


Warranty

Selina Care products come with a Life time manufacturer warranty that covers malfunctions and manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, theft, or accidental damage. For warranty claims, contact us at contact@selinacare.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.


Damaged or Incorrect Products Upon Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@selinacare.com with your order number and detailed photos or videos of the product and packaging. We are committed to resolving these issues with a replacement or full refund.


Initiating a Return

To start a return, contact us at contact@selinacare.com. Do not return your purchase without prior approval. Returns that do not follow our protocol will not be accepted.


Order Cancellations

Orders that have not yet been shipped can be canceled and fully refunded. Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. For delivered but unwanted items, a full refund for unused items is available within 30 days.
